Citizen Consultation - Territorial Town Councils
The Citizen Consultation "Territorial Town Councils" was held in 2015 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the objective of asking questions to Chileans living abroad in order to use their answers as an input in preparing a guide that will regulate the holding of similar meetings in the future. The purpose of the initiative was to improve and strengthen the channels and spaces where information and opinions can be shared by the public, promoting a quality and timely response by the Ministries and Public Services and promoting citizen control of the actions developed by public bodies. 1365 people participated in the consultation.
