I like Antofagasta
Antofagasta Me Gusta is an app launched by the Municipality of Antofagasta, in which citizens can report problems in the city such as illegal garbage dumps, abandoned vehicles, urban furniture in poor conditions, defective public infrastructure, etc. To participate, citizens must register in the app, select the category to report, take a picture of what needs to be improved, geo-reference their complaint and add a description. The user can follow the status of their report in real time and is notified when the problem has been resolved.
