Citizen consultations on discrimination
Citizen consultations on discrimination were held in two instances, one in 2013 and the other in 2019 and 2020. The purpose of this consultation is to gather the perception and experience of citizens about discrimination in Chile, as well as their assessment in relation to the current anti-discrimination law. These consultations are conducted in the form of a survey, which can be answered digitally or on printed paper by approaching the Regional Secretariats of the Ministry General Secretariat of Government. The results of these surveys are used as input in the formulation of the Public Policy on Diversity and Non-Discrimination. The Second Consultation was launched with the additional purpose of becoming an anti-discrimination campaign under the slogan "I respect you".
