Formulario de Control Ciudadano
The Citizen Control Form was launched by the Ministry of Transportation. It is a digital form in which citizens can report wrongdoings perpetrated by drivers, as well as deficiencies in the provision of public transportation services. This information is sent directly to the Ministry's inspectors.
