Participatory Budget of the Municipality of Heredia
The participatory budget is a tool that seeks to encourage community participation in the decision-making of the Municipality of Heredia for the application of public funds, establishing assigned projects and implementing and evaluating specific changes to be made to improve the well-being of the population, with a gender focus and criteria for social equity and universal accessibility.
