Integrated System of Processes and Attention to Environmental Complaints (SITADA)
The Integrated System of Processes and Attention to Environmental Complaints (SITADA) is the official site of Costa Rica where you can enter and consult environmental complaints or suggestions. The system is based on a digital platform that allows for the interaction between citizens and the Administration, from the first moment in which the consultation takes place and throughout every issue thereafter. This system also seeks to establish an information management scheme to support the decision-making, evaluation and monitoring of compliance with the monitoring and attention of environmental complaints. By 2016, the system recorded about 5000 complaints.
