The National Commission for the Information Society
The National Commission for the Information Society is an advisory body in charge of formulating and proposing policies, projects and regulations regarding telecommunications, information and communications technologies (ICTs) as well as the state's position on the challenges presented by the knowledge and information society. It has intersectorial, inter-ministerial and civil society representation, as well as representatives from the main telecommunication companies.
