Monitoring of the Modernization Process of the National Congress
A petition for citizen participation planned for the monitoring of the implementation of the modernization process of the National Congress. As a condition for obtaining a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) with which the project is financed, Congress must ensure the inclusion of citizens for an environmental impact assessment so as to consider the relationship of the National Congress with the community and the gender perspective throughout the development of the planned actions for institutional modernization.
