Sectorial Council of the Ministry of Sport
The Sectorial Council of the Ministry of Sport is a collegial body comprised of state representatives and civil society whose objective is the dialogue, deliberation and evaluation of public policies on the subject of sports. It is promoted by the Executive Branch through the responsible Ministry and meets at least twice a year. It has as one of its duties to appoint representatives for the National Assembly of Good Living, the highest level of representation for society in terms of planning of the Ecuadorian State. This Council is situated within the orbit of the Ministry of Sport and is composed of three Representatives of various sports disciplines.
