#VamosADialogar

#VamosADialogar (lit. Let's talk) is an invitation made in 2017 by 70 civil society organizations to a national dialogue with the two finalist candidates for the Presidency of the Republic of Ecuador. The debate agenda included issues that affect actions and programs promoted by more than 36,000 social organizations and foundations in the country. The purpose of this initiative is for society to be more actively engaged with key issues of everyday lives of Ecuadorians. Thus, the #VamosADialogar initiative seeks to foster joint work between civil society organizations and the next government of Ecuador, in order to find answers to the challenges that the country faces on issues such as: Eradication of Poverty, Inclusive Education, Environment, Catastrophic Illnesses and Combating Violence in all its manifestations.
