Neighborhood and Sectorial Consultation of San Salvador
The Neighborhood Consultation of San Salvador is a citizen initiative process to submit a topic for deliberation with officials of the municipality. During the Consultation, people can express opinions and propose solutions to collective action problems of the place where they reside.

Frequency: how often does the innovation take place: only once, sporadically, or is it permanent or regular?
Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?

Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
