Santa Tecla Citizen Assembly
The Citizen Assembly of Santa Tecla is a space and mechanism for civil society participation, which submits policies and strategies at the local level to discussion. Its character is consultative, propositional, mediating and resolutive. It functions as a representative body of the different sectors, with territorial, sectoral, and municipal organizations present.
