Towards Greater Transparency of the Attorney General's Office
The project "Towards Greater Transparency in the Family and Minor Defense Units of the Attorney General's Office" ran between July 2002 and February 2003. It consisted of a survey to evaluate the levels of efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the services rendered to the public of these instances. The findings of the survey were used as inputs in the design of a plan to improve the quality of services provided.
