Popular consultation of the municipality of Zacatecoluca
The popular consultation of the municipality of Zacatecoluca was organized to order the local informal commerce sector on the streets and other public spaces of the city center with the goal to restore the historic center of the City of Zacatecoluca. The outcome of the Popular Consultation would become factually binding if at least forty percent of the election for the Municipal Council participated.
