Citizen Monitoring App
The Citizen Monitoring app allows citizens to file complaints on acts of corruption committed by state officials, promoting public oversight of public resources and avoiding, as far as possible, the misuse of resources. Complaints can be made anonymously through a proxy or a legal representative.
Institutional design
Formalization: is the innovation embedded in the constitution or legislation, in an administrative act, or not formalized at all?
