Feminist Collective for Local Development
The Feminist Collective for Local Development is an initiative that seeks to promote women's participation in public management by demanding public policies with a gender perspective. Through a web portal, this civil society initiative monitors and observes the situation of women in El Salvador. This group has a national observatory of local agendas for gender equity, as well as an observatory on teenage pregnancy and sexual violence. Through its observatories and through the generation of data, this initiative publishes reports and information to be taken into account by government authorities for the design of policies and programs. In addition, the Feminist Collective also makes specific public policy recommendations to the authorities.

Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?
Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
