National Council for Integral Attention to Programs for the Elderly (CONAIPAM)
The National Council for Integral Attention to Programs for the Elderly (CONAIPAM) was created within the framework of the implementation of the Law of Integral Attention for the Elderly of El Salvador. The aim of this council is to carry out studies and research, develop and execute programs, and design regulatory frameworks that focus on improving the quality of life of the elderly. The council is made up of representatives from various ministries and public institutes, as well as representatives from municipalities, the private sector, and foundations and civil associations that work on issues related to the well-being of older adults.
