Open Government Partnership Observatory
The Open Government Partnership Observatory of El Salvador was created within the framework of the Open Government Partnership with the objective of monitoring the implementation and evaluation of open government plans. The observatory is composed of more than 20 non-governmental organizations, including civil society organizations and academic institutions. The objective of this initiative is to monitor the implementation and fulfillment of the commitments of open government plans. To this end, the Observatory works in conjunction with government institutions. In addition, through its web portal, the observatory provides information on the progress and scope of the plans, in addition to carrying out consultations to gather citizen proposals and incorporate them into future plans.
