Board of Directors of the Corporation for the Sustainable Development of the Southern Amazon (CORPOAMAZONIA)

The Corporation for the Sustainable Development of Southern Amazonia (CORPOAMAZONIA) is a state-owned company devoted to the management of territory and natural resources, particularly in matters related to water, energy and waste. The firm's Board of Directors invites representatives of non-governmental organizations to join and advise it. In order to participate in the selection process, NGOs must meet the following requirements: their main objective must be the protection of the environment and renewable environmental resources and they must have executed at least three projects during the last three years on these issues in the area of jurisdiction of CORPOAMAZONIA and submit a report with general information on their activities in that territory; and they must have been constituted at least four years prior to the date of election and have a certificate of existence and legal representation.
